1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) and AL Techly (FZE) (“AlTechly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) Free Zone Authority, Sharjah, UAE (Trade License No. 20373).

By accessing our website (altechly.ae), engaging with our online technical briefing services, or commissioning custom enterprise software solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & Enterprise Engagements

AlTechly specializes in bespoke enterprise software engineering, workflow automation engines, and institutional architecture deployments, including but not limited to AlTechly Academic, AlTechly Governance, and AlTechly Events ecosystems.

Our commercial software engagements, service level agreements (SLAs), deployment milestones, licensing terms, and deliverables are defined in mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and an executed SOW/MSA, the executed agreement will prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, proprietary software architectures, algorithmic logic, user interfaces, branding, and content published on this website are the exclusive property of AL Techly (FZE) and are protected by United Arab Emirates intellectual property laws and international conventions.

Unless explicitly authorized under an executed commercial software license, users may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any proprietary software modules, source code, or conceptual architectural frameworks demonstrated on this site.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or communication interfaces to:

  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, or unauthorized automated scripts.
  • Conduct unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or system probing without prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person, academic institution, or commercial entity.
  • Submit misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory communications.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all prospective enterprise technical requirements, institutional workflows, and proprietary architecture inquiries with strict confidentiality. Detailed technical briefings and proof-of-concept demonstrations are routinely protected under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, AL Techly (FZE) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our public website or informational materials.

Specific warranties, uptime guarantees, and liability limits for custom enterprise software deployments are exclusively governed by our formal commercial contracts with institutional clients.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Sharjah.
